We ship to customers across South Africa and internationally to over 29 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and throughout Europe and Asia.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
    • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: R150.00
    • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days

International Shipping

  • International Standard: R300.00
    • Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
    • Available to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and United States

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO boxes for certain products
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
